Veronia is a caseworker in the Immigration and Family Law departments. She studied Law (LLB) at the University of East Anglia, achieving 2:1 honour, and later she went on to complete her Master of Laws (LLM) at University College London, achieving a Merit, with a Distinction for her thesis in International Human Rights Law.

Immigration
Veronia has experience in all aspects of immigration law. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in all matters, relating to asylum seekers and refugees, including asylum claims, applications for further submissions, and applications for family reunion.

Veronia has extensive experience of assisting and preparing apppeals to be heard in the First Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tier Tribunal.

Veronia further specialises in EEA applications, and Entry Clearance applications for family visas, and Entry Clearance applications under Appendix FM, including spouse visa applications. She has also assisted and prepared appeal bundles, based on Appendix FM and Article 8 ECHR grounds.

Veronia is motivated and passionate about working in this area and recognises the importance of providing both legal and personal assistant to clients.

Family
Veronia has gained practice in all aspects of family law, with a specialisation in financial and children disputes. Veronia has vast experience in private law Children Act proceedings, also cases involving Non-Molestation and Domestic Violence.
